Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of £20, to cover scheduling and staffing costs.

  • No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a full charge and could affect future bookings.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best service to all our clients.

If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We do our best to accommodate same-day and emergency cleaning requests whenever possible.

  • Same-day bookings are subject to availability and will incur an additional £15 fee.

  • To request an emergency clean, please call us directly for the fastest response.

  • Full payment may be required upfront to confirm a same-day appointment.
